OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES
Dog walks and Pet check-ins:
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice
Once you have booked a dog walk/pet check-in with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and your pet(s). If you cancel your service less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $20
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to start of service.

House sitting and Overnight stays:
We require a 7-day cancellation notice
Once you have booked the house sitting/overnight stay service, we reserve full days in our schedule especially for you and your pet(s). If you cancel your service less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of service total
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to start of service.

All fees will be collected at the time of cancellation.
