OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES
Dog walks and Pet check-ins:
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Once you have booked a dog walk/pet check-in with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and your pet(s). If you cancel your service less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $20.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to start of service.

House sitting and Overnight stays:
We require a 30-day cancellation notice
Once you have booked the house sitting/overnight stay service, we reserve full days & nights in our schedule exclusively for you and your pet(s)
If you cancel your service:
- 30 (or more) days before booking starts: free cancellation
- 29 to 15 days before booking starts: 25% of stay total to be collected
- 14 to 8 days before booking starts: 50% of stay total to be collected
- Within 7 days of booking start: 100% of stay total to be collected
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to start of service.
